Shipping Policy

 Delivery

1. The Goods will be delivered to the address you entered on the Order Form.

2.  We will contact you with an approximate delivery date, which will be as soon as reasonably practicable and usually on the same day or the following working day. We try to deliver any goods in stock within 1-2 working days of accepting your purchase.


3. All orders above £40 are currently free of charge and will be handled by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require someone to accept and sign for the parcel at the delivery address provided.

4. If our supply of Good(s) is delayed due to an occurrence beyond our control, we shall notify You as soon as feasible and take steps to mitigate the impact of the delay. If we do this, we will not be liable for any delays caused by the event; but, if there is a danger of significant delay, you may contact Us to terminate the contract and request a refund for any Good(s) You have paid for but have not received.


5. If no one is available at the address to accept delivery and the Good(s), Royal Mail will leave You a note notifying You of how to proceed.

Return & Exchange Policy

Non-faulty goods


Cancellation Rights: If you change your mind about a purchase you made on our website, you can cancel it within 30 days after receiving the goods. If the item is returned to us unworn, in its original packaging, with the tag attached and not broken or removed, and accompanied by an acceptable proof of purchase, we will provide a full refund. You will be responsible for paying the expense of returning the item to us. We are also happy to exchange your product within 30 days after shipping. Please initiate your return by emailing us and including your order number in the subject line.
Our promise to replace the item or refund your money is not applicable if the returned item has faults or damage caused by accident, neglect, or misuse while in your possession or while being returned to us.
Keep in mind that we may need to communicate with you before completing your return. If we are unable to contact you within 14 days of receiving your item(s), we will return them to the delivery address specified in the order.
We can take up to 14 days to process your refund.

Faulty item

You have statutory rights in relation to any items you acquire from us that are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as stated at the time of purchase, whether you purchased it in-store, on our website, over the phone, via a device in-store, or by PaybyLink. The following time constraints apply from the date of purchase for in-store transactions, and from the delivery of the item to you for all other transactions.

You are entitled to a refund within 30 days of purchase or delivery.
After 30 days, but within six months of delivery/purchase, you are entitled to a repair or replacement. If repair or replacement is not possible or does not resolve the problem, you are entitled to a refund.

Similar rights remain after six months of delivery/purchase, but only if you can demonstrate that the fault existed at the time of delivery. Furthermore, if repair or replacement does not address the problem, we may reduce a portion of your refund for reasonable use of the item.
